First, Locate the Green Commercial Electronics Loop Detector.

Places It Could Be Located:

1. High On the Office Wall,
2. Above the Office Cabinets,
3. In the Ceiling Above the 1060 Base Station,
4. In a Pull Box Below the Drive Thru Window.

Headset Batteries Have A 1-2 Year Lifespan, And They Should Work For 6 Hours Before Needing to Be Replaced.

If Batteries Aren't Being Used, They Should Be Placed in a Charger or Headset to Avoid Being Misplaced.

Do Not Use a Charging Battery Until It's Completely Charged.

Change the Battery Promptly When the Headset Plays Low Battery Beeps. The Headset May Lose Pivotal Programming If It Doesn't Receive Proper Volatage From a Low Battery.

Set Headset to Single Lane/Lane 1

With the Headset Powered OFF, Place the Headset in the Programming Station and Hold the T1 Button While Powering On the Headset.

T1 and T2 Buttons Will Be Able to Talk to Single Lane.

Verify Programming By Pressing the T1 Buton to See the Base Station (Lane 1) Talk Light Turn On.

With the Headset Powered OFF, Place the Headset in the Programming Station and Hold the T2 Button While Powering On the Headset.

Verify Programming By Pressing T1 & T2 Buttons and Look For Base Station Talk Lights to Turn On.

With the Headset Powered OFF, Place the Headset in the Programming Station and Hold the Lock Button While Powering On the Headset.

Pressing the Lock Button Will Lock Talk On and Off.

Can Be Caused By a 900 MHz Cordless Phone in the Area of the Base Station.

If There is a 900 MHz in Use, Try Changing the Base Station Channel and Reprogramming Headsets.

If That Doesn't Work, Unplug the Cordless Phone's Power and See If the Problem Persists.

If You Still Have the Same Problem, You'll Need to Replace the 900 MHz Phone with a 2.4 GHz Phone.

Audio Feedback Can Be Caused By Inbound and/or Outbound Audio Being Too High.

The Base Station Usually Works Best on Higher Channels.

Dual Lane Base Stations Need to Operate On the SAME Channel.
